Tsumiki Miniwa is a tiny but feisty girl deeply in love with her best friend, the tall and laid-back Io Otonashi. The trouble is, she can never muster the courage to confess her feelings. Even though Io understands her better than anyone, he somehow misses the glaringly obvious hints-despite their friends constantly joking that the two are perfect for each other. "Acchi Kocchi" follows Tsumiki and her quirky group of friends as they navigate their everyday lives. From Mayoi, the tech-obsessed nerd, to Sakaki, the mischievous joker, and Hime, who can't stop getting nosebleeds, Tsumiki's friends never miss a chance to tease her about her crush. But whether she'll ever find the nerve to tell Io the truth remains to be seen.
