A young Japanese pharmacologist and researcher dies from overwork and is reincarnated in a medieval world resembling Europe. In this world, corrupt medical practices thrive, the pharmacist guild monopolizes prices, and commoners struggle to access proper medicine. After catching the Emperor’s attention, he opens a small pharmacy in a corner of the city.
