New Getter Robo

Humanity faces extinction as monstrous beings known as Oni ravage the world. With conventional weapons useless, the scientist Dr. Saotome develops giant robots powered by the enigmatic Getter Rays, the only force capable of opposing the Oni. The most powerful of these machines is Getter Robo, but to wield it, Saotome recruits three unlikely pilots: the disciplined martial artist Ryoma Nagare, the ruthless gang leader Hayato Jin, and the devout monk Benkei Musashibou. As the Getter Team, they battle to destroy the Oni and save mankind.
