Seventeen-year-old Nanaka Kirisato is a studious high schooler with clear ambitions, often scolding her best friend Nenji Nagihara for his immature, troublemaking ways. But after a fierce argument with Nenji, she takes a bad fall down a staircase, suffering a brain injury that leaves her mentally stuck at the age of six. Now, Nanaka’s father and Nenji must hide her condition while helping her navigate daily life and rediscover maturity from scratch.
