My Life as McDull
McDull isn’t the sharpest kid around, but he always does his best to make his mother happy. Even though he might not achieve the big dreams she has for him, he never stops trying. The story follows different moments from McDull’s childhood, looking back as an adult. His memories are a mix of playful Cantonese wordplay and Hong Kong’s everyday life. Whether it’s a holiday turkey dinner or imagining himself as a star like Lee Lai-shan, McDull navigates the ups and downs of life with his tough but loving mother.
