Moshidora

Minami becomes the manager of her high school baseball team after her best friend Yuuki, who previously held the role, falls ill and can no longer continue. Determined to support the team in Yuuki’s place, she sets out to find a guidebook on baseball team management. By mistake, she ends up with a copy of Peter Drucker’s "Management: Tasks, Responsibilities, Practices"-a book focused on business management rather than sports. Unable to return it, she reads it anyway and attempts to adapt its corporate strategies to the team, hoping it will lead them to victory at the Nationals.
