Looking Up at the Half-Moon

Yuuichi Ezaki, despite being hospitalized for an illness, keeps sneaking out whenever he can. When the head nurse catches him, she offers a deal-she’ll turn a blind eye to his escapes if he agrees to befriend Rika Akiba, a new patient. Rika has lived most of her life in the hospital due to a severe heart condition and has never had close friends. As Yuuichi and Rika grow closer, sharing stories and time together, their bond slowly deepens into something more romantic.
