Lime-Colored History of War
Shintaro Umakai, a Japanese-born Russian diplomat, defects and moves to Sapporo to teach at a girls' academy. But this school is far from ordinary-it operates aboard the ship "Amanohara", and his five students, the "Lime Unit," possess the power to summon mighty beings in battle. Shintaro soon takes on the role of both their teacher and their military commander. Together, they navigate a strange and intensely sensual journey as he helps the girls confront their flaws, grow stronger for the decisive battle at Lushun, and uncover the motives of the "Russian Spiritual Corps," who aid their enemies. Complicating matters, one of the Corps' members is someone from Shintaro's past-a face he never expected to see again.
