Katri: Girl of the Meadows
Katri is a young girl living in the Finnish countryside during World War I. After her mother leaves for Germany, she stays with her grandparents. Though still a child, she handles the daily chores on their land with diligence and soon takes on work as a herder for a nearby farmer. While tending the animals, she befriends two local boys.
