Joran: The Princess of Snow and Blood
The year is 1931. Japan is under the absolute rule of Prince Tokugawa Yoshinobu. While traces of Meiji-era culture linger in the city, advancements in both scientific technology and the esoteric practice of Onmyodo are reshaping the nation. Beneath the surface, however, the dissident group Kuchinawa plots to assassinate the prince. To counter them, the government relies on Nue, a covert execution squad. Among its members is Sawa Yukimura, whose family was slaughtered by Kuchinawa’s leader. Driven by vengeance, she has devoted her life to hunting them down.
