How Not to Summon a Demon Lord

In the fantasy MMORPG Cross Reverie, no player rivals the Demon King Diablo. With the rarest gear and unmatched stats, he crushes anyone who dares challenge him. But behind this fearsome avatar is Takuma Sakamoto-a socially awkward recluse who lives only for the game. His solitary routine is shattered when a summoning spell drags him into another world, giving him Diablo’s monstrous appearance. Two girls who summoned him try to bind him with an Enslavement Ritual, but the spell backfires, leaving them magically bound to him instead. Stuck in an awkward predicament, Takuma agrees to help them break the contract while struggling to navigate his new life as the intimidating Demon King in a world eerily like his favorite game.
