Gugure! Kokkuri-san

Kohina, a young girl, accidentally summons a Kokkuri-san-a minor spirit from Japanese folklore. Instead of the eerie presence she expected, the ghost appears as a striking young man with white hair. Though he initially planned to simply haunt her, he grows concerned after seeing her unhealthy diet of instant ramen for every meal. Rather than leave, he chooses to stay and watch over her, making sure she takes better care of herself.
