Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet
A mecha pilot fighting in a brutal war across the galaxies is suddenly flung into an unfamiliar space-time rift-one neither he nor his onboard systems can identify. After emerging from long-term hibernation, he discovers he’s stranded on a strange planet. The people there speak a language he doesn’t understand, their technology is primitive compared to his own, and, most unsettling of all, the air is breathable without any artificial assistance.
