Mobius is an idealized digital world created by μ, a self-aware virtual idol program that believes it’s helping humanity. Only people struggling in the real world-those who deeply connect with μ’s music-are drawn into Mobius. Once inside, they usually forget the outside world exists. No matter their age or gender, they become students trapped in an endless cycle of school life, which μ sees as "the brightest time in a person’s life."
