Area 88

A young pilot finds himself trapped in a war-torn country. Shin Kazama was tricked into signing a three-year contract with Area 88, an isolated mercenary air force base. Desperate to earn $1.5 million and buy his freedom, Shin becomes a ruthless ace, climbing the ranks as killing turns routine. But as he fights his way through the chaos, he starts to wonder if he’s still battling just to survive-or if, like the other mercenaries, he’s drawn to the thrill and bonds of war.
