Ali B op volle toeren
"Ali B op volle toeren," shortened to ABOVT, is a Dutch TV show hosted by Ali B, a famous Moroccan-Dutch rapper. It aired on the TROS network. The program ran for three seasons: the first from January to March 2011, the second from December 2011 to February 2012, and the third from December 2012 to February 2013. The show gained popularity, with some performances charting as hits on the Dutch Single Top 100 and Dutch Top 40. Its format has been adapted in other countries. The title "op volle toeren" nods to an earlier, widely loved Dutch music program from the 1970s, also broadcast on TROS.
