In the near future, the death penalty has been abolished globally, and criminals are instead imprisoned in an underground facility built within the impact crater of a nuclear site in the US, called Neo Purgatory. When the enigmatic villain Donn Canyon begins his campaign to "purify the world" using radiation, a group of women known as the Guard of Rose finds themselves caught in the conflict. Maki, Naomi, Doris, Marilyn, and Katherine must now fight to prevent humanity's total destruction. But will they succeed, or will the Canyon family force the world's superpowers to surrender to their grim vision?
